1. About JMesuria
JMesuria is an independent artist based in England, UK.

2. Products

• Original paintings are one-of-a-kind.

• Limited-edition prints are produced in restricted quantities.

• Open-edition prints have no edition limit.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen displays.

• Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of artistic materials.
   

3. Orders & Processing

• Prints are pre-stocked.

• Original artworks are sold as available (no reproductions).

• Orders dispatch within 3–5 business days unless noted otherwise.

• You will be contacted if stock or listing errors occur.
   

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is processed through Wix-supported payment providers (e.g., major cards, PayPal, etc.).

• Payment must be received before items are shipped.

• Prices may change without notice.
   

5. Shipping

• Shipping is available domestically (UK) and internationally.

• All items are shipped via the UK Post Office with tracking.

• Buyers are responsible for all customs/duties/import fees.

• Delivery times vary based on destination and postal conditions.

6. Auctions & Bidding
a. Eligibility
To place a bid, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be legally able to enter a purchase agreement

b. Binding Bids
All bids are final and legally binding.
If you win an auction, you agree to complete payment for the final bid price plus shipping and applicable fees.
c. Winning Bidders

• The highest bidder at the close of the auction wins the item.

• Winners will receive an email notification.

• Payment must be completed within 48 hours.

• Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • The item being offered to the next highest bidder, or

  • The item being re-listed.

d. Auction Artwork Condition

• Both original artworks and limited-edition prints may appear in auctions.

• Originals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged for an identical duplicate.

e. Cancellation of Auctions
JMesuria may cancel or adjust an auction due to:

• Listing errors

• Technical issues

• Artist discretion
  No compensation is owed for withdrawn auctions.

f. No Change-of-Mind Cancellations
Auction wins cannot be cancelled due to:

• Change of mind

• Accidental bids

• Buyer’s remorse

g. Auction Close Method
Auctions follow a strict close time:

• When the countdown ends, the highest bid wins.

• No anti-sniping extensions apply (unless updated in the future).

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted for damaged items.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for any products or auction items.

• Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges will be provided when possible.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, branding, and website content are the property of JMesuria.
No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
9. Liability
JMesuria is not responsible for:

• Postal delays or losses

• Customs delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Technical issues affecting auctions or website performance

10. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be published on this page.
